• The 3,320 sq. ft. Warehouse features a concrete slab foundation, with a pre-engineered steel frame and metal cladding for the roof and exterior.
• The 2,304 sq. ft. cold storage is supported on a perimeter wood foundation with exterior covering of painted plywood and aspenite. The floor is gravel and the roof is metal panel. This cold storage facility features 12 10′ x 9′ steel-insulated overhead doors that provide access to the storage bays.
